Our main currency is Euro. If your currency is in our system, it will be displayed. Depending on the payment method, you can pay in your currency and it will be converted afterwards. You can change the displayed currency at the bottom right of the screen and switch to a different one.
The amount of your order will be debited from your bank account immediately after your order.
If you have chosen a payment method such as Klarna, it can also be debited up to 30 days later.
Taxes are included in the price for all European countries. No taxes are charged for third countries such as the USA.
Customs duties may be levied on the order. This happens independently of our shipping process, which means that we do not receive any information about it.
For shipping within the EU we use DHL Paket and DHL Express. For international orders, we ship the packages exclusively with DHL Express to enable faster delivery.
We normally need about 3 to 4 days to get it to you nationwide (Germany)
For international orders about 7 to 9 days til its arrival.
Due to high traffic and many orders from our shop the delivery can take up to 14 days. Please excuse the long delivery time.

If the item is damaged or it didn't fit your needs, you can send it back to us within 14 days.

The items that are listed in the shop are all available. If a size or
color is out of stock it will be crossed out. If an item is out of
stock you can send us a message, and we'll see if we can reproduce it for you.

If you have paid shipping costs, we can refund them afterwards.
