Shopping Guide
- Choose an item from our shop, select size and color to add the item to your cart.
- After you put all your favorite pieces in the cart continue with
“checkout” or you proceed directly with PayPal, which will lead you to
the PayPal-Checkout - Now put in the required information, like the shipping address and e-mail and to get to shipping.
- Choose your favorite way of shipping and proceed to payment.
- Choose the way you want to pay in and check your order for a last time.
- After checking, you can complete the order.
- Now check your E-Mail account where you should receive a confirmation
mail for your order. If you didn't receive a confirmation mail, please
contact us via mail or call us.

What currency do you accept?
Our main currency is Euro. If your currency is in our system, it will be displayed. Depending on the payment method, you can pay in your currency and it will be converted afterwards. You can change the displayed currency at the bottom right of the screen and switch to a different one.
When do I get charged?
The amount of your order will be debited from your bank account immediately after your order.
If you have chosen a payment method such as Klarna, it can also be debited up to 30 days later.
Are taxes included to the price?
Taxes are included in the price for all European countries. No taxes are charged for third countries such as the USA.
Customs duties may be levied on the order. This happens independently of our shipping process, which means that we do not receive any information about it.

Who is going to deliver my package?
For shipping within the EU we use DHL Paket and DHL Express. For international orders, we recommend shipping the packages with DHL Express to enable faster delivery.
How long until my package reaches me?
We normally need about 3 to 4 days to get it to you nationwide (Germany)
For international orders about 7 to 9 days til its arrival.
Due to high traffic and many orders from our shop the delivery can take up to 14 days. Please excuse the long delivery time.
Do I need to pay the shipping?
- The shipping fee for Germany is starting from €5.50.
- For orders from other European countries, the shipping fee is starting from €13.00.
- For orders from the USA and countries outside the EU, we charge a delivery fee of €25.00 or more for DHL Standard Delivery.
- We also offer the delivery by DHL Express for a faster shipment.
- Please note that the shipping fee varies depending on your delivery address,
the size of the shipping package and the weight of your shipment.
Can I track my package?
You'll receive a tracking code after we shipped your order.
Can I return my order?
If the item is damaged or it didn't fit your needs, you can send it back to us within 14 days.
Do you pay for my return?
Unfortunately we cannot bear the costs of a return. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I exchange items?
Of course, we can exchange the items. Simply return your shipment and indicate “exchange” as the reason for return.
Please send us the order number, item, and shipment number of your exchange, as well as the desired new item, to the following email address: contact@estherperbandt.com.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as we receive your return, we will immediately arrange for a refund. The refund will be made using the same method you used to place your order.

What happens if I didn't pick up the package and it got transferred back to you?
The order will be cancelled and you'll get the product price refunded.
Do you ship to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to different addresses. If you would like to ship to different addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.
Products
What is my size?
If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our "Size Guide" for sizes and measurements. You can find the guide for each product under the "add to cart" button. If you still have problems, please feel free to contact us.
How do I know that the products are available?
As soon as you select a product on the website and choose a size, you will see whether it is in stock. For some products, we offer custom manufacturing. If your size is sold out, you will automatically see a corresponding information text below the size. Products that are completely sold out in our online shop are marked accordingly.
How do I order something from the "Wedding" category?
As with any other piece in our shop, choose what you want. Instead of putting the piece in the shopping cart, you have the option of filling out the contact form that opens at the cklick of the button for the "Made to order" pieces.
Esther herself will contact you about the process.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards. Under this link you can find the gift cards.
Orders
How do I know how you've received my order?
After you set your order you'll receive a confirmation mail with further details. If there is no Mail from us in your mailbox please contact us and check your spam folder.
Can I order via phone?
We'll not accept any order via phone.
We only accept orders through our online shop or in our store in Berlin.
Can I pick up my order in your shop?
For sure! Just put in our address (Almstadtstraße 3, 10119 Berlin) as the shipping address and we'll prepare the order for you. As soon as the product is ready for pickup, you will receive a separate email notification.
If you have paid shipping costs, we can refund them afterwards.
What should I do if the order is incomplete?
If something in your order is missing we're deeply sorry for this
inconvenience. Please send us a message via mail and we'll immediately solve the problem.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you placed an order and you want to cancel or change it please send
us a message through E-Mail or call us. Please don’t forget to send us the order-number so that we are able to know which order it is.
