Your orders are carefully packed during our store opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
PICK-UP IN STORE | 1-2 Business Days
Choose our free in-store pick-up option and collect your order directly from our Berlin store.
If your order is placed during our opening hours, it is often ready for pick-up the same day. However, we kindly ask you to wait for your pick-up confirmation email before coming to the store, as preparation times may vary depending on order volume and appointments.

Complimentary shipping for all orders within Germany over 500€.

Track your order
With every order, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment at any time.
Your tracking details are included in your order confirmation email, which also contains a direct link to track your order.
Our shipping partner
We ship in close collaboration with DHL, offering reliable standard delivery within Germany and internationally.
All standard shipments include DHL GoGreen, a service that offsets the CO₂ emissions generated during transport.
For faster delivery, DHL Express is available.
This option includes DHL GoGreen Plus, which reduces transport emissions by using more sustainable fuels.
Customs fees & import VAT
Please note that orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These costs are determined by the customs authority of the respective recipient country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
The recipient (you, the customer) is responsible for the payment of these charges.

EXCHANGES
Online exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your new piece. If the size isn't right, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To arrange one, please contact us – we'll check whether your desired size is available.
If it is, return the original item to our store at your own expense. Once it arrives, we'll ship the replacement to you, shipping on us.
Exchanges depend on current stock availability.
In-store exchanges
You are welcome to visit our store in Berlin-Mitte for an in-person exchange. This lets you try on different sizes and experience the collection directly – while avoiding additional shipping costs.
RETURNS
Online returns
If your piece isn’t the right match, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To return an item, please send it as a parcel with a tracking number to the following address:

We kindly ask you to inform us of your return by email, including your order number, the item(s) returned, and the tracking number:

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return online-orders in store
You are also welcome to return your online order directly at our store in Berlin, avoiding additional shipping costs.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed immediately in-store.
They will be handled through our online system and are usually completed within 1–2 business days.
In-store purchases
If your piece isn’t the right match, you may return your item within 14 days.
For purchases made in-store, we do not offer monetary refunds.
However, you are welcome to exchange your item or receive a store credit (gift voucher).
Please note that all sale items purchased in-store are final and cannot be returned.
Altered & made-to-measure pieces
Please note that customized, altered, or made-to-measure pieces are uniquely crafted for you and are therefore excluded from exchange or return.
